What is a phyto-active?
A phyto-active is generally referred to as a natural ingredient derived from a plant. Our phyto-actives are the natural molecules and their derivatives harnessed from within a species cell and suspended in a liquid matrix that is then incorporate into our Hydrating Botanical Active Waters.

What is Cellular Extraction TM
CELLULAR EXTRACTION mimics the internal mechanisms of a plant. It is a closed system that sends a liquid matrix (that mimics the cellular environment) under high pressure, through the cell wall and transfers across the cell membrane the water soluble phyto-compounds and derivatives available at the time of harvest.

Why Australian natives?
Australia is an untapped reservoir of biodiversity; whose species are predominately pioneer species that have not been manipulate by man and have evolved in one of the harshest ecosystems in the world. This then requires these botanicals to be efficient at creating and storing the vital phyto-compounds the
species needs to sustain survival.

When and how should I use Bronty Beauty “Active Tonics”?
The more you use Bronty Hydrating Active Tonics, the happier your skin will be.
Here is the good part…. Use as a toner, a setting spray or any time you need hydration and a pick-me-up. We suggest at least 6 times per day, but its completely up to you!

What skin types are Bronty Beauty products best suited?
Bronty is made for all skin types. We are Dermatologist tested, toxic free and gluten free. For more information on what we will never use in our products, check out our Bronty NO List.

How long will my product last?
Bronty Hydrating Active Tonics will last at least 12 months from opening.

Shipping

Where does Bronty Beauty ship?
We currently ship to the 50 US states, Puerto Rico and all US territories. We want to be everywhere you are. Tag us @BrontyBeauty so we know where you need us to be.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping on any order over $50 and it normally takes 1-2 days to receive and process an order.

For orders under $50 we offer two options: Standard shipping 5-9 business days $5.95 or expedited shipping 1-2 business days in case you can't wait for $24.95 :)

Can I cancel my order?
We do receive and process orders within 1-2 days, but e mail us at info@brontybeauty.com to see if it has left the warehouse and we will do whatever we can if it is still there.

Shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico
Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Also, please know that shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii take longer. About 12-15 days. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order, we will refund in full to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How do I place a return or exchange? Our primary focus is your happiness with our products. Just e mail us at info@brontybeauty.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we can help you from there.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or debit card, as well as Amazon Pay and Pay Pal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
